If you’re getting the proper voltage, I would suspect a lazy cluster motor. Ever change them? It’s very common on those clusters to crap out. Motors are cheap, requires some soldering skills. Plenty of videos online, plenty of guys test and repair them..
I did it on my 04 Yukon, bought a new cluster faceplate and 8 new stepper motors (all gauges) there’s a spot to solder tranny temp stepper to board. I think it took 15 mins to change and add steppers and new lamps. Mine didn’t need cluster reprogramed.
Timkens are made in China. Pay the extra bucks and get OEM. I’ve tried every bearing, by far OEM is best choice. There is a Kryptonite Company giving lifetime warranty on bearings but they’re not cheap…
