Yes and no... Yes, because she's with me the majority of the time, we have a great schedule, structure, bedtimes, routines, have a lot of fun together etc. The bad... Mother shows up at school and sees daughter each morning when I drop her off... sees her last before school, gives her lunch...- fixmycar

I do... It's a nightmare... just want a quick 10 min call... especially when she's just gone for a few days and back with me for almost 2 weeks. Yeah my lawyer said, you don't answer calls outside of the time window and no judge would allow a 5 yr old to have a phone to make calls as they choose. Yep she is... It won't help her, but in her mind it will. I just follow what my attorney say. It's worked out so far!- fixmycar

...so proposed order is awaiting judge to sign-off... Still not sure what happens at the final hearing... I guess I'll find out in due time. Basically 1 phone call a day, time limited to 10 mins at 5pm. Even years, she gets Thanksgiving, starting when school recesses and I get XMAS... Odd...- fixmycar

@Doubeleive right on brother... I'm doing the best I can... taking all suggestions from my lawyer. Trying to figure out the details of what I can and can't do. My lawyer said allow just 10 min calls. She of course wants unlimited and no less than 30 mins a day. I'm waiting on clarity to find out...- fixmycar

@Tonyrodz Thanks man! And I appreciate all the help and comments from members as well. I forgot to mention, she had never submitted her financial affidavit so she couldn't get child support even if she wanted to... She does a lot of things which make ZERO sense.- fixmycar

Her... She's just delaying my timeshare now. Excuse to do it since she's asking I take a DNA test. It's just ludicrous at this point. Finally some court dates coming up... Not the one I wanted. She's stalling with timeshare, which she has yet to do. Filed some bogus DNA test,l request, even though she's claimed herself I'm the father and numerous other documents. Sad- fixmycar
