What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Well, as my luck would have it, just as I'm about to finish putting my Tahoe back together, all of a sudden I get a call from my brother telling me a customer at his shop is selling his 2011 Avalanche for $500. Yeah $500!!! It's 4x4 with a silver body & good black leather interior. 250,000...

For $95 it doesn't look bad, but we'll see how long these cats last before I get the rattle can sound. And I just might be ready to turn the key on this sucker tomorrow too! Maybe

    GMT800 RCSB Denali Interior Swap

Correct. The 00-02 electrical system is not the same. GM decided to start using a CANBUS electrical system in 2003. And everything after

    Cross compatible interior

I've never seen a good carpet on anything at a Wrench a Part or Pick a Part if that's what you mean. Seems like nobody cares after they get their part. They leave the doors open all the time. And just like the last time I was there, pouring rain. It'll smell those things up something aweful.

    Morimoto XB Headlights Installed

I'm gonna be totally honest: I've never been a huge fan of the headlights on that generation of Tahoes and Suburbans, but those lights actually look pretty damn good. I'm impressed. Good work bud

Where's the system that takes the exhaust water condensation and circulates it back into the coolant or wiper fluid reservoir?

I sacrificed a soldering iron tip to use only for plastic (they're almost useless for soldering metal after that) and cut my own "stitches" from scrap pieces of aluminum sheet. And it works best to use the same plastic, but not necessary. I've seen some plastic welding kits online, but I'm doing...

Got the broken junkyard bezel fixed. Plastic welded 4 broken spots at the top edge, and attached 4 missing clips. Plastic welded those on too. I sanded rough spots down, then used plastic adhesion promoter, then sprayed with charcoal grey interior trim paint. What do you think?

    Misfires on one bank

I second that. I was thinking either that: a bad or almost bad ground, or you're experiencing what many others have in their GM trucks at some point: rodents. They love wires. One of the ingredients that goes into wire insulation is peanut oil. I got 2 questions for you: 1) Do you ever park...
