yeah, cam/retune is whats happening next. Anyone thats done a cam swap, what else did you do while you were in there? If i'm ripping stuff apart, may as well take care of whatever else i come across.- elcapitanmas

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?
just finished chasing down a coolant leak (quick connects at heater core) new powerstop rotor and pad kit front and rear, new master cylinder and a couple front suspension fixes (pittman arm, ball joint, tie rod) not cheap but needed to be done. rides and stops like a dream now- elcapitanmas

So after some tweaking of the recent header and ypipe install, the hoe was finally where she needed to be. Sounded great, better performance blah blah blah. Heading into work this morning I hear this new sound that almost sounds like a loose heat shield would. No heat shields on this setup so...- elcapitanmas

I don't really even tow that much, and when I do, its just a 17ft alum boat so its really not that heavy. A mild cam is def a possibility, so its back to the research i go.- elcapitanmas

blown brake line
so all the brake lines have been replaced, but after the first place i took it to, the traction control light and the Parking brake light are now staying on, and not throwing any codes related to either. blown brake line
So I ended up with the dreaded mushy pedal this weekend. Did some recon to figure out where the problem was coming from (hoping for master cylinder) and figured out this morning that its my rear brake line under the drivers side door. Now I need to figure out wether to do just the one for now...- elcapitanmas
