    I am pulling a taxa mantis overland, https://taxaoutdoors.com/habitats/mantis-overland/ listed as 3500 lbs .. I weighed it connected to my vehicle and it weighed 3160#, so I would add back in the tongue weight… so 3500# sounds right. D

    Ok, I got the P3 installled and hooked up the trailer for the first time.. I followed the directions for the P3 to set the gain. While I certainly felt the brakes, I could not get the controller to lock up the trailer brakes even at max gain of 14.0… is there something I am missing?

    Ok, I have the tow package , but not the factory controller.. what is the blank hole next to the fog light switch for? I have the same As for the tekonsha P3, is there any other harness I need? Or just the controller? David
