    What's it worth?

That Carolina lean thing is very popular here. I don't get it but whatever pulls your chain...

    What's it worth?

Sounds like a great idea. To Blackelky's point, I'm thinking if I'm lucky, I'll get $8K. Most are probably going to want to offer me $5K... LOL! Probably won't sell it for that...

    What's it worth?

Yep, totally agree. I'm not wanting to list it at an inflated price, just trying to avoid getting the shaft by the dealer. No rust, its very clean all over. I may just get to a point where I don't care and just have to eat whatever they offer me. Its just going to hurt... LOL!

    What's it worth?

I'm debating on selling my 05 Tahoe LT and am just curious what it would be worth. It has about 170K, new transmission, new transfer case with upgraded pump guard, GMT900 front brakes, all new AC components, all oil leaks fixed, paint correction, Alpine double-din head unit with powered 10 inch...

What do I need to eliminate Bose Amp?

Thanks MeloMX. Here is a video I found that shows how to create a bypass for the Bose amp. Start around 2:30 mark on the video and it will show you how to create the bypass connector. I bought a connector from Walmart and followed the video to a tee making my own connector. Once I did that...

What do I need to eliminate Bose Amp?

I have done a ton of research and just don't see the answer to this so I'm going to post it. I apologize because I feel like it has been asked a 100 times, just not clear to me. I'm replacing the complete Bose audio system in my 05 Tahoe. RPO code says UQ7 but no Y91. Alpine iLX-W650 Alpine...

    I'm about done...

Well, @NickTransmissions and @Rocket Man called it! Checked the transfer case fluid and about 1 quart of oil came out. Mechanic ordered the seal and is going to install it next Tuesday. Wonder why the transmission guy didn't replace it when he performed the rebuild?

    I'm about done...

I haven't but I will check it tomorrow. I didn't know the transmission and transfer case swapped fluid...

    I'm about done...

Yep it's already fixed and all buttoned up. All that's left is to figure out it why it's pushing fluid out...

    I'm about done...

I did contact him and he said he didn't do anything wrong. I wouldn't take it back to him anyway, he broke a manifold stud when he was replacing the exhaust, didn't tell me and I had an exhaust leak. He then tried to cover it up saying it was already broken, then said it was cheap metal...

    I'm about done...

Thanks Fless! @NickTransmissions , do you think that he could have put something back together incorrectly? We checked the levels right before the trip and it was just fine.

    I'm about done...

Ok, finally got to drive it on a 600 mile trip this week. Ran it up and down I-95 and it ran great. Got it up to 83 mph a couple of times just running with traffic. After about an hour of that, I started smoking again (fluid leaking onto exhaust pipe). Just ran it up on the lift and it is...

    I'm about done...

I haven't driven it any distance yet. I'm hoping to get it out this afternoon and run it up and down the road to see if I can get it to leak again. I'll keep you posted.

Both have been checked and both are at normal levels.

    I'm about done...

Thanks for your replies. Yeah I know, I'm just mad because as reliable as it has been, its left me stranded a couple of times now and that is frustrating. All of this started when I got the transfer case rear half replaced, It was due to pump rub as I stated earlier. Once I got that fixed...
