We pulled the trans before last winter and re- rebuilt it and just threw it back in, and everything shifts good! our problem was in the 3-4 pack, factory style plates we’re supposed to have 6 plates, we ordered thinner plates that required 9. And I only threw in 6 so that was my issue, thanks...
Also I got 3 codes in the transfer case control module, CO327-6 Range Actuator Position Switch Circuit - Low Voltage/Open
CO306-05 Range Actuator Control Circuit - High Voltage/Open
CO321-06 Rear Drive Module Lock Circuit - Low Voltage/Open

i got a 2007 Chevy Tahoe 5.3. It started the 1st time I drove it after the rebuild, it will shift into 2nd perfect then when it tries going into 3rd the rpm’s shoot up to 4500-5000 and come back down( id assume it’s still in 2nd) I only did it 3 times that way bc I didn’t wanna worsen anything...
