    Negative disconnect did reset, but I feel that my next step is running down the grounds and working on them.

    I used a stethoscope, couldn't really find anything unusual, but I didn't probe the starter or catalytic converter. I think I'm going to take it by the muffler shop next.

    Idles rough when the noise engaged, otherwise idles smooth. Nothing noticable while driving or changing gear that I know of. Once the noise started we pretty much parked it. Oil and oil pressure looks fine.
