I would also say clean your MAF sensor and throttle body. Just make sure to get the specific cleaner for each. I had this problem recently and that did the trick. Takes 30 minutes- Blkdout07

How To: Setup Auto Ride for Lifts
It's a 10x24 threaded rod, you can get it at Lowe's near the screw/fastener aisle. Don't check the plumbing department because they aren't there ;).They are like $3 for a couple feet, cut to whatever length you need them depending on lift size- Blkdout07
