    My seal was just loose. could push it in and out with the door closed. I do agree though. Water would run along the inside U channel of the seal and come out at the floor, soaking the carpet from below.

    I had the same problem, Even had the "heated seat turns itself on and off" thing. Turned out to be the door seal itself.

    So,, Did some chasing last night. On my 2003 Tahoe LT, 5.3 flex. The coil harness ground point appears to be under the engine. Drivers side, Approximately under Cyl 3. Same attachment point as the Negative battery cable. Strange thing is it wasn't actually separated. Just corroded in the ring...

    I watched that video and jumped that wire to get the truck running. It shows what the fault is, not WHERE the fault is (or where the actual ground point is). That's what i am looking for, if anyone knows. Bill-H

    I have the "coil ground" issue on my '03 hoe. Does anyone know where the actual failure is??? OR, where the ground point is for the coil harness??

    Cleaned the contacts yesterday (TY). So far, so good. Will report back if it stays working.

    Latest info. I swapped the relays as recommended above. Everything worked fine until this morning. Unlock does not work with the remote, lock works. The doors do unlock via the key in the door and the unlock button on the inside. Any other ideas? Bill

    A MAF sensor failing can show either Lean or Rich codes on the O2 sensors.
