Well $250 worth of parts. Weeks of frustrating troubleshooting and parts replacement. And I found the problem, a fuse I somehow missed. I started this thread and I'll say it again. I'm an idiot.

Already replaced brake fuse lighting fuse and any fuse that had anything to do with lights blinkers or brakes. And if the wires are fried how would the blinkers work with the hazard switch pushed? They use the same wires past the multifunction switch don't they?
Let me start this by saying I'm an idiot. Tried wiring a trailer harness in and got some wires crossed now my bottom brake lights don't work, hazards don't work and blinkers only work when hazard switch is pushed down. Changed brake light fuse and multifunction switch and still had the same...
