    As I said, it is so easy to pull the whole differential and do the re-sealing at the garage table.

    The bracket is held in with 2 torx-socket bolts. Not very hard to remove - 3/8" ratchet with joint and short torx socket it's easy to do.

    How to fix Hot Air when A/C is on. Install new air mix/blend door actuator

    I have the same problem in my tahoe, but now that the actuator is stuck in cold -position, I haven't got any intrest to fix it, maybe when it's gettin colder and I need to get some hot air into the truck.

    Cleaned the throttle body and was amazed how big difference it made! Throttle is not sticking anymore and it's much smoother on light throttle acceleration now
