Transmission!!!
Just went through this myself on 2015 Yukon, 5.3L, 6-speed, 141k Mi. Changed trans fluid last April-May 2022 and by October and less than 5k mi the trans was shot. Metal through trans, burnt fluid, couldn’t hold a gear after causing massive vibration coming from the front end. Was $6k and now...- AJ_Victory_27

Tail lights
Daytime running lights are only on in the front …for now. Some automakers are adding the Tail lamp to the “Day time running lights,” but I see many people driving after dusk with only their DRL ON (No tail lights). 2015 Tahoe w/ 66k miles - just had to replace transmission
Traded up my ‘02 Tahoe (220k, 5.3 Vortec) for a ‘15 Yukon in 2020 (103k then 6-speed, 5.3 Ecotec). 139k now and after doing trans fluid service in April, started experiencing violent shaking at 77-85 MPH. Trans slipping, hard shifts and dealer said trans was shot - fluid did smell burned...- AJ_Victory_27

2016 Yukon XL Needs New Transmission - Not Happy
‘15 Yuke for me, 6-speed and trans fluid changed in April ‘22 about 132k and now in September at 138k trans is shot. Violent death rattle at 75MPH that my passengers noticed, then major slipping. $5.6k for new one with 3 year/100k mi warranty. What else should we do to preserve the motor? AFM...- AJ_Victory_27
