2009 suburban rear plastic bumper cover started to peel right by the exhaust tip
Where do you live? Mine is an 07 originally from upstate NY. Had lots of bubbling on the right quarter and the liftgate was unbelievably bad. Was able to con GM into replacing the gate under rust warranty and was able to fix the quarter too. Might be a rust problem? Post some pics.

My 2007 Yukon has rust/peeling paint on the bottom of the tail gate where the snow likes to collect. Also the drivers' side rear door is rusting badly near the wheel well. We had it fixed by the local GM dealer a few years ago and now it is just as bad, if not worse. Not too sure what our next steps are, as it is mechanically sound and still has a lot of life left in it.
