How much are these trucks you are looking at?

#1--This!^^^

#2-- after #1 being considered, why not try lowered. Then you can say you've owned both. If you love the way it drove then you should trust your gut.

Good luck with your purchase and welcome!

I'd do the black one and if the ride isn't exactly what you want-sell them 4's and pick up some 20's.......

both are 7k. I have decided not to do lifted. But, not sure I want a tahoe with 190k mileage. Thinking of buying stock with killer paint and body and then doing the lowering the myself and stereo. And to black it out wont be hard at all if it's primarily already got black components. I'm wondering though. What's stock wheel size on these 17"????? That would look dumb lowered with 17" rims huh? I'd want atleast 20's???? Or would 17's be ok?

I just found this one. Great condition in and out. Could drop it a bit, swap out tires/rims, get the stereo I want and black out the lights and door bumpers and it would be what I want basically. 2001, only 122k miles. Good right? What do you think? It could be badass with some love, right?

#3 does look clean. Iw would make a great starting point. And lower miles is always good.

I feel youre pain I would never buy a vehicle with 190k no matter how reliable its been deemed. In the first scenerio if it was me I would have picked the 01 for the lower miles and it being the same price as the z71.The third one looks stunning (looks like it had just been waxed),was wondering how much the third one is?

i would talk to tony (NORCAL SS) for all of your lowering needs/questions he is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help you out or steer you in the right direction.

i agree with the other guys #3 is a good choice! start it brand new if you went lifted before and drove the lowered one and loved it..i would def. lower this truck you'll probably love it just as much!! keep us updated!

Since the first is set up with the way you want it I'd go for that one, even with the high miles. With 190k I would think he would take $6k. Those wheels, tires, blackout and lowering kit will cost you what, $3k?
Personally I think that look is hideous, but you know what they say about opinions...

Go with maintenance first. 190k with all maintenance done and repairs is better than lower miles and no records.

If you like the nods get that one, way cheaper than doing it yourself. Worst case sell th 24s and get 20" or 22" wheels.

GL with the decision!

Can't believe I missed that the first time. If its runs as good as it looks, #3 would be the winner. Lower miles , decent price. Any history on the that one?

It has a good history, but the guys been a flake in letting it go. I found a new one yesterday and I think this is it! Going to drive it tomorrow. Owned by a local family, really nice. It's $500 more the the black, BUT, it has REALLY low mileage. Here's the pic of it. They need it till Friday, but tomorrow if I fall in love with it, I pick it up Friday, they seem honest too. I totally dig it and the system in side is AOk! It's all Pioneer & Fosgate (which I've always loved Fosgate). Pretty nice, huh?
