Not yet, they are supposed to get here today.

I will be running them off the stock headunit until I set up an amp to power them to their full potential. I am putting PPI 8" mids in the front doors with 6.5" SS in the back doors, so I definitely need an amp eventually.

I did a quick google search on those boss double din stereos...they are claiming 4x80 watts. I highly doubt its anywhere near that much output. You're probably going to need an amp if you want them loud.

Yea I highly doubt that, it'll probably put out closer to 17-22 watts x 4 max, I went on and ordered the Pyle PLDN74BTI...will be here Monday..

Ohoh, got another package in the mail...(reverse backup cam)

Got my reverse backup camera in the mail today, yea its a cheapo but the neg reviews were mostly about water getting in there after a few months but i plan to carefully put a some silicone on the seems.. gonna hit the junkyard in the morning and get another dash bezel and to hack up and paint in preparation for the 2-DIN install which is scheduled for delivery Monday. I'm not getting a 2003-up bezel, have seen too many DD installs using the stock obs bezel...

Beware, you will get water in it and it will stop working. I bought one of those back in feb/march and it got full of water in less than 3 months.

Dam urs didn't last very long at all!, I HOPE mine last longer than that, hopefully a little silicone will help...the winter is on its way and it will see plenty of moisture here in Denver lol.

Glob it up with silicone is a good idea I should have done it to mine when I bought it. It got condensation inside the lens in the first rain and you couldn't see anything on the screen.

The 'cheapo' 2-din arrived today...

well, it finally came today, the Pyle pldn74bli, now the waiting is over and Im anxious to see how this will turn out this weekend, this is my 1st attemp at a 2-din install into a 1.5 din opening. Cant seem to find any abs sheets for the dash mod, anyone know where to get some in the Denver area? Know what thickness to get? Checked HD and Lowes but they don't sell it and didn't wanna do the mail thing lol...

Looks good homie, be fun watching install process. Maybe just grab some lexan and paint it up or rub some vinyl until you get a hold of some abs?
