Those ere either ipcw or spyder aftermarket halogen housings with plastic molded to look like a projector. Halogen output is poor ... if you stick hids in them the output is:

And they cost more than a basic retro. lulz

The projectors in them are meh and not to Serge's liking... bad build quality (especially compared to real retrofit projectors in aftermarket replica stock housings).
