(CA) Buying Yukon LZ0 out of state with federal emissions spec?

Anyone have any idea if the FE9 Federal Emissions spec on the LZ0 covers California emissions? I found this on the CARB website but not sure what it means exactly.

Need to know if I'll have any issues registering a FE9 spec LZ0 in CA. Thanks!

Not sure if this helps, California is not that strict. It's Texas you have to be careful of.

To follow up here, the FE9 emissions sticker for the Tahoe/Yukon LZ0 does show CA emissions compliance. Not sure why GM has different emissions codes when the federal emissions build is 50 state compliant.
