I have a 2019 Yukon Denali / Callaway and have put about 6,500 miles on it since new. Thus far the only issues with the vehicle are GM electrical (passive locks, center tail light). The Callaway system has been rock solid and is fun to drive. The installation is as "factory" as it can be - very professional and flawless. My only complaint is that Callaway doesn't provide their own "owners manual" so I guess some things you just have to figure out for yourself. Rule #1: Always drive in either tow/haul mode, or manual mode. Driveability is much improved this way. I've adjusted to driving in manual mode 95% of the time.

having full warranty is nice & mine has been good.
im over 57k now on my '15 burb.
only major issue is w/ their cheap chicom rims. (the black chrome ones)

the OZ rims are fine... as they are quality built ;)

& agree w/ above.... more than a certificate would be nice.
also, info & comms w/ callaway sucks.
good news... you wont have to deal w/ them b/c dealer & GM handle things.

BBP tuning makes it MUCH better :D

if you can get it...get the big brake kit, its awesome.

there are a few others here w/ callaways. hopefully they will chime in

Thanks for the response. What do you mean you keep in tow or manual mode? Your constantly toggling the little gear up/ down button on the gear lever?

im guessing he is messing w/ tow/haul mode b/c callaway didnt tune the trans. (TCM)
so its much firmer up & down shifts, which is fun ;)

its pretty bland shifting regularly.

as i had mentioned above ... BBP tuning took care of that for me
