01-02 rear OEM radio delete panel

I have 2 rear oem radio delete panels shale in color. Only flaw is it will also delete the Ac outlet. Did this to my hoe and I love the clean look with out that useless radio control. Cleaned and ready for install.

They don't seem to be the same shape and size, so I'm going to say it won't fit the 02 denali unless it uses the same console.
