Under hood insulation

Anyone have ideas for replacement under hood insulation?
Mine is starting to get ugly, fibers hanging, dirty.
I look online and just don't find much for our trucks... except $250 factory.
64 dodge dart, no problem, beautiful, looks factory, $30.
94 astro van? no problem $45.

I don't want the shiny aluminum looking stuff.

So what have y'all done?
I searched here and found there was a guy selling in 2012 but he died and website is closed.

Is there a way to re-do ours?
Take it off and flip it?

might ask a local body shop sometimes they have the hookup on aftermarket stuff, that's how I found a local wharehouse that has all the aftermarket bumpers, valances and trim parts, etc..

Here in the tri state area we have KSI. They have all aftermarket oem type parts. Kind of like Dorman parts.
