Looks like you are good to go. Have you measured the front and rear heights to confirm the truck is now level?

I haven't measured the height yet...I need to find a flat area, maybe a Publix parkin lot. My driveway is downhill and leans to the west...

I finally got around to measuring the height It was within a 1/4" on the rears, didn't measure the fronts
