How often do u drive ur beast Max? It sounds like it's always down for maintenance and upgrades.

Nick, mine is getting there too. I learned my lesson with my first modded vehicle. I got very close to how I wanted it but I gave up on it before it was finished. I'm still kicking myself for that one.

Shit keeps falling apart lately but it's my dd for the most part.

Hey guys, i just came across these jounce part numbers and vin codes in another forum, it seems pretty legit. Hopefully this will help some others out there. It refers to all suv and pickup codes.

Part#15153959 if the truck is a 4x4 and a Z71 suspension package.
Part#15153958 if the truck is a 4x4 with suspension codes: ZQ1, ZW7, ZX3, Z55, Z83 OR Z85.
Part#12474008 if the truck is only a RWD.

Has anybody tried the old part number type? (15161762)
Or know why they were replaced with part number 15153959?

Has anybody tried these from ebay?

While I haven't looked at mine yet, after reading this I can say I probably need a new set.

Anybody?

I found a pretty good deal on the old part number (15161762) but don't want to buy them yet if there's a good reason not to.

I don't think there is a difference between the two. I say if you can get a great deal, just check them for rot and if they show no signs then they are good to go.

I got mine from a salvage yard, 5 bux for both. But you should be able to get them through any GM dealer or if you know the part number try gmparts.com.
