This is a general car questions, so sorry if this is the wrong section.

When you jack a car up, one of the rear tires is very loose. By that i mean, if you are looking at the tire, it is loose and is able to be pivoted. Meaning you can push the top of it towards the car and such. Anyone have any idea what the problem would be?

I know this is a tough answer, but whats general cost for repair/ parts for a hub or axle. It would be on a 98 stratus
