Poorboy's wheel cleaner (STRONG stuff) followed by poorboy's wheel sealant and just car soap and water after that, the sealant does a great job at protecting the wheels and itll last about 6-8 weeks
Depends on how bad they are. I've been using P21s Wheel Gel (on sale for today). Spray it on and allow it time to dwell. I let it sit for 20-30 minutes usually. For cleaning the inner barrels, an ez detail brush is the best thing I've come across. I wouldnt be without one.
Then just top it off w/ a coat of Poorboys Wheel Sealant
Soap and a not-so-thick microfiber mit to hit all the surfaces good... Then of course black wheels don't exactly have to shine like chrome or aluminum finish
Eagle 1 Etching Mag cleaner, works well on all steel, aluminum and chrome wheels. Just spray on and spray off w/a water hose. Not sure how it works on painted rims, i.e. black, etc...
