I am going from 17's on our 08 which were marshmellow to the 18 we are getting that has 22's. I am pretty sure I don't want 22's for an every day wheel especially when it will come to winter driving. so I am thinking I want to spit the difference. I found some great options on FB market of some take offs with no miles on them.
Option 1:
Goodyear Wrangler Trailrunner 275/60/20 on Silverado wheels
Option 2:
Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac size LT275/65R18 on AT4 wheels.
Both sets are about the same price, $1200 but neither have TPMS sensors.
We ran Hankook Widerness (IIRC) on the old Yukon and got 50K out of them.
Wet performance is not a priority, we are in the desert but highway and snow are the essential. Which one of these two will be better there?
Ideally, I will stay with jsut one set and sell off the 22's.
