What is this thing?

Need to know what this is and where it belongs. Please help 2004 Yukon SLT 5.3

Where did you find it? Doesn't look like anything I've ever seen inside a GM interior, could be a random leftover from a previous owner?

Near the fuse panel on the drivers side, but i'm absolutely lost as to how this mounts and where it goes. There are numbers fused on the side but google results showed nothing.

Never seen anything like that before. It looks like somebody tried to repair it. It looks like it's the size of a vent

It is the trim piece for the front of power seat track on the side closest to the drivers door:




Man... I need to vacuum my truck again.
