What did you do to your OBS GMT400 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Changed out radiator today.

Gonna hit the casting flash inside and out with a sand paper roll.

let's call it porting the tranny for better flow.

shoulda swapped in a mrk8 fan while it was apart! best upgrade ever!

I was looking for the write up thread on how to do the swap but couldn't find it and wasn't sure of all the parts needed, and needed to do radiator while I had the time and weather. Temps starting to drop here in Chicago.

There are a few that will be soley for fluid return, there are some "chips" in a couple of the passageways. Not sure if they are return or delivery ... I'll grab a few pics when I do it.

They aren't all that bad, this is my second time inside this tranny ... been inside a 350 and 400 before. 400 is simple, 350 even more so ...

All cleaned up fresh from the machine shop's jet bath ...

Gonan do the outside in a black hammertone finish, pump is Chevy Orange now .. not sure if I'm digging it though ...
