Looks like envelope went through a trash compactor and there was missing and broken pieces!

Why would you send something that is not flat in an envelope??? Their machines are not meant to process rigid things in an envelope. Should have used a box and spent the extra money to make sure they were good to go.

The seller and I agreed he would send it in an envelope to save on postage and I didn't really think much about it. Lesson learned for next time.:Stupid Me:
