I still have to check but it looks that i have come across a 2500 mid 90s what parts should i get from it aside from differential??? Looking to make my 96 hoe be the best..

looks wise there is nothing special..

14bolt rearend will holdup better then the 10bolt

not much else unless it has a 4l80e trans, but thats a whole different ball game

if its a 6lug 2500 get the rear if not pass. the front end wont go in not worth the effort and money. if the rear is 8 lug you can covert it to 6 lug if its the sf version pretty easily

^ and the ff the cover has more a triangular shape then oval of the sf. if its a 6 lug 2500 then grab the rear. im looking for one for mine

Rgr thanks will take a close look. After that i will just have to match the front gears to the rear. I will assume the gears will be higher than 3.73

Not always, a great deal of 3/4 tons (most of them) have 3.73 gears. Especially if it's a light duty 3/4 ton with the semi-float rear end.
