I got my new black halos for my 98 tahoe yesterday.and right out of the box. I'm not sure exactly how to connect them. I have four red wires, and two white wires. The red and white wires that are physically close together are obviously power/ground wires. But I have two more red wires coming from the lamp as well. And I am puzzled on how to connect them. My kit came with no instruction of any kind, please help.

probably power for the light itself, and one for each halo ring. would just be my guess without a picture

I'n no expert, but I would imagine that the two sets of white and red are for LEDS. The black bendy heatshrink on the two reds are the resister packs to lower the voltage from 12v to 2v for the leds. Those reds would be the positive and the whites would be negative.
The single set of reds is a bit more tough, but i'll bet those are for the flouresent halo tube. Because flouresents are AC? it doesn't matter which one is positive or negative, so both are red.

I'm pretty sure about the LED's, not so much about the HALO.

All you have to do now is decide if how you want them wired up. All lights on when key is turned on(IGN)? Or only when headlights are on?

I want be able to turn on my lights by myself. Right now, to turn off my headlamps. I just barely engage the e brake. Then control the lights with our knob tp the left of the steering wheel.

I will start rippin stuff out from under my hood today to install these. I've looked for a write up on onstalling aftermarket lamps, but had no luck. Could anyone help me out? I know the basic idea of what I needa do, but I'm guessing ill have questions when I get into it
