So, who's the preferred trans shop around here? I have a minor valve body issue going on, but with 214k on the trans, I think it's time to completely go through it. An acquaintance of mine got his 4L60E rebuilt by a local guy who went through and updated the valvebody along with adding the 5 gear front and rear pinion assemblies for $950, but he's a bit difficult to get a hold of, and I'm not going to wait around hoping and praying for someone to pick up the phone.
