I gonna put this out there, it may sound a little disorganized so I'll clean it up later if need be.

I have a 2011 Yukon SLT and it's loaded. Cooled seats, 4 captains, remote start w/AC, heated seats, all that. Black on black. Doesn't have navigation but I think everything else. Remote power hatch, Back Up Camera in the rearview, premium BOSE, 22's, Downtown Houston TX. Perfect for UBER Black or a car service

95K miles
2 years remaining on an Allstate vehicle service contract that is transferable
Upgraded Black Flame HID projector retrofits
G3 or G4 tails
CK375 22inch wheels (not in great shape)
Airaid MIT
AEM Dry Washable filter
Black Widow Exhaust
SuperChips Tuner - AFM/DOD Delete and 87/91/93/Tow tune
I did an oil change this week, spark plugs 2K miles or so ago. Cleaned the MFA

It needs a motor mount (surprise!) but it's covered under the service contract, its just not that bad and I've lived with it for a few weeks. It's $340 to have my local shop do it. I say this because I have never used the contract. If I sell and the new owner doesn't want the allstate contract, I can cancel it for a partial refund

I am no longer with the same lady, no kiddos to haul around, sold my VW so don't need to tow anything to car shows. It's being used to commute which is just stupid in this beast, although it is nice to just be high up on the freeway with all the power needed to get around quick. I just don't need it... A pickup would be better or even a little hatchback GTI or something.

Wells Fargo Dealer Services has the title. takes two weeks after it's paid off, but a TX bill of sale keeps it all legal.

Here is the one thing thats wrong with it. It's scratched. Think 5 year old learning to ride a bike down the side scratched. His mom literally told me "well that's the thing about having nice cars" UGH. Small puncture front bumper. Hood and front right fender have sprinkler water spots. May buff out. I don't know I'm not a paint guy.

So What do I do? sell it as is? My thoughts are someone may want it cheaper because they know their kids will scratch it anyways? Or it's going to be dirty so who cares? Or maybe you're a paint guy or know a paint guy

Or do I spend the money and get the paint fixed and try to sell it? Pull all the mods off first? eBay?

I think I would let it go right now as is for $22K with the transferable warranty. $21K without. Thoughts? be brutally honest. I think it would be about 24K at a dealer plus the warranty

I'll get better pics later, it's inside right now

Suggest that you take it to a paint/body guy to see how well they can address the few blemishes and at what cost. If the scratches cost less than $500 to deal with, it might be worth it to do that and then decide to sell it locally or trade it----the enhanced appearance could raise the value enough to offset the cost of repair and then some.

Dammit, I need those wheels, but not the damage.

I know those headlights were a pretty penny. You should sell them with partial trade for clean stocks since most buyers won't really care about or even notice the retro'ed headlights. Put that money towards improving or fixing the exterior damage and you'd most likely increase the overall appeal/value enough to not lose anything from it. The worn tires might be a considerable hit. Maybe sell the wheels with partial trade for 20s with nice tires? You may be surprised at who would want those wheels as-is just because of what they are. 20" OEM take-offs are plentiful and are going for about the same price if not cheaper than aftermarket wheels with Chinese tires. Houston is a huge market for anything automotive, so you have pretty good odds of getting the most out of it with little investment. It'll mostly just involve a little bit of parts swapping and Craigslisting.

I really looked and it does need 2 tires for sure. Two are still decent but I'll see if someOne wants to give me a deal on 4. Good point, so thanks.

All the other suggestions as well. Yes I'll definitely pull off the lights if needed. I contemplated just buying new ones and doing it as pre-emptive strike but yes, they are bad ass and if an enthusiast wants them I'm down to help if they want to use a credit union or something to finance and already have the upgrades. I'm easy like that.

Like I've said I'm more of a classic car guy so some stuff I don't think about. Tires and stuff for sure. Thanks guys!!

I was getting $750 to $1K quotes on the scratch removal with no guarantees. Screw that, I got a decent buffer and a bunch of pads, heavy medium and fine cut meguiars, and some strips of 1k,1500,2k,2500 and 3K paper and spent yesterday doing it myself

I'm quite happy with myself and relieved. It's pretty nerve wracking to take some 1K grit to your shiny black paint
