The county just finished filling the pot holes and seal coated our street, what a mess. Had just cleaned all of the winter splash, beet juice and tar a couple of weeks ago. Went to use my tried and true Turtle Wax Tar Remover and I was out. Went to Autozone and the product has changed from wipe on to spray. The new product sprays on and then foams slightly and the tar wipes right off, no heavy elbow grease like the old product. Try it you will like it.
