there were some take off skirts on the for sale thread recently. Try searching for them.

Your wife will appreciate the removed steps. Ice build up on them in the winter, slips and falls are possible. You also get big black marks on the back of your pants leg getting in and out.

I just took the running boards off of my 08 z71 and it looks great, no holes or damage from removing them. It also looks like I lifted my car a couple inches since doing so which I am also a big fan of.

take a look at the boarder patrol tahoes, they do some trimming on the front bumper that make them look real mean.
