sirius and a new head unit

2007 ls tahoe stock basic radio with xm ,
when i look at new head units do i also need the xm add on xm tuner or do I not need it since I already get xm ?

Yes you will need the SiriusXM SXV300 Connect Vehicle Tuner.

You can use factory antenna located behind glove box. You need to remove plastic shroud and then plug end into XM box
