Security light on after new ignition cylinder install

So I’ve been having an issue with the ACC position and the position before start intermittently not working on my 04 Escalade so figured the ignition cylinder was a good place to start since the truck has 164k on it, so I picked up an AC Delco one and had it keyed to my key, so I followed a video on YouTube on how to remove and install the cylinder, it went pretty easy, so when the truck is running the security light stays on, any ideas? Does it need to go through a few drive cycles? Or do a need to disconnect the battery? Tried searching didn’t really find much
