Replace entire AirRide System or Convert to Passive?? - 2003 Denali

I'm a newbie here and while I've owned now 5 gm trucks or suvs, my 05 yukon xl denali is the newest I have owned. Black Betty already has the conversion kit to delete the air ride suspension but it seems like the shocks, especially the rear, are bad. I'm wondering if its possible to use the springs and passive gas shocks from a regular (sle or slt) yukon xl instead of buying another conversion kit for it. Any info at all, or even just pictures of the rear suspension of a non-denali yukon xl would be extremely helpful.
