I want to add reverse sensors. Is it worth it to get OEM ones or is there better aftermarket stuff out there?

I believe when it rains or when sensors are wet - aftermarket ones go off more often. Just my experience from a diff car.

I really like my stock ones. What are they trying to charge for the OEM ones?

I've got the rear sensors on both my vehicles (OEM) and I use them daily. I'd highly recommend getting OEM vs. aftermarket.
