#8 PITA, and to add insult to injury, I have a broken stud there and installed a bridge/clamp there, and have that to deal with too when changing plugs.
I installed a set of amazon ACDelco 41-962 Platinums three yrs ago. No issues.
In your case, I’d pull the wheel and inner fender liner and go at it from underneath. It’s what I do on mine with headers.

I don't see anything wrong with that A/C Delco Iridium plug, looks like it's doing fine at 310k.
