To turn off the interior lights when a door is open press the little button below the circle. I think its when the button is pushed in the interior lights come on and when the button is out the interior lights wont come on.
As for headlights to become manual, push the same button 4 times in out in out and then you will hear a ding and the headlights will turn off. From there you have manual control turn on your headlights by turning the dial to the 90 degree postion. (fyi you have to do this everytime you start truck if you want it in manual mode. Depending on what year yours this might not pertain to your for the headlights.
