I have a 2017 Yukon SLE. I put on the 18inch magnaflow muffler and did a resonator delete. Under hard acceleration at 4K RPM the flapper valve opens up and the car starts to die out.
My exhaust shop said its cause of the valve the dealership said its because the exhaust let's back pressure into the engine which causes it to slow down.
I know a lot of people here have the 18inch muffler and don't have issues. Could the dealer be jerking me around since its been modified? The car is not showing a check engine light.
