Photoshop help

i have been fooling with trail photoshop but it has given me no justice im a whiz in 3d design cads but just can get this sh*t so any help would be appreciated...!!


can you help me do a color match on my front bumper and back chrome piece/ as well as a black out im trying to find my rides identity chrome or black powder coat

w/ color match add grill as well

w/ "black out" maybe the trim chrome piece along the side in blck
