Passive Bass Blocker

I'm wanting to add some 6x9s in the doors & subwoofers behind the seat of my old C-10 pickup, but I'd like to add a pair of tweeters at the top the a-pillars too. My plan was to use an amp on the 6x9s & an amp on the subs, but I wanna run the tweeters of the deck. Are passive bass blockers what I need to do this with?

Here's some bass blockers (just goes in line i believe with speaker wires) should help ya some, They have others that are 300Hz i believe as well on there.

I found these Pioneer tweeters that I think I'm gonna get, looks like they have the passive crossover in line already.
