Well over 300k with proper maintenance.

2000- 116k

Thats what I am counting on. I bought my '02 with 170K. In two months I have 183K+ now. I turned in my company pickup and am on a vehicle allowance at work (with a fuel card :D ), so if my truck doesn't nickle and dime me with repairs, I'll run the wheels off it cheap and be banking money for a NNBS in a couple years.

One of my previous employers used to run GMC Sierra pickups as work trucks. They'd buy 'em brand new and run them into the ground. Some of the trucks had over 300K and as a heavy industrial services company they were not babied. That made me feel a lot better about the mileage and the life left in this '**.

The only problem I have is deciding how much to put into this one not knowing yet how long I'll drive it. There is a lot of stuff I want to do (replace cosmetically worn parts and do some upgrades) but don't know if its wise to spend the money yet.....
