Magnacharger MP112 - 3.0 Pulley - HD Belt Tensioner - 100mm Idler Pulleys - Siemens Dekka 60lb injectors - Bosch intercooler pump - Only thing you will need will be a bigger fuel pump and tune. $4000.00 shipped.

The MP112 is for rectangular port or cathedral port heads ?

Pretty sure the MP112 can have the option of cathedral or rectangular. But judging by the electronic throttle body on this truck, it has cathedral heads.
