So I finally installed my Ford Keys, Z71 coils, spacers, sway bar extenders and Bilstein 5100's. The Tahoe looks amazing now. But now that its "lifted" when I hit the brakes kinda hard, the front driver wheel seems to grab a bit more than the other side and the wheel pulls some. All the other parts on the truck looked ok. One balljoint needs replacing because of a torn boot but other than that it seems to be ok.

So think I should clean/rebuild the calipers and see if that helps? Anyone else have some front end issues after leveling?
I agree w 01 konvict on the jounce stops and the hard nose dive

Order 07-13 front brakes and there 1" bigger so need new rotors and pads. Hydro boost is a plus but not required. Stainless steel lines helps also. Then set jounce spacers and get normal drive with hella brakes
Please explain these ideas of yours to me konvict ,I'm new to the brake upgrades and am getting ready to do my 05 Tahoe,I've already done the stainless lines, thinking drilled and slotted

Basically buy the newer 07-13 Tahoe or Yukon front brake calipers as they bolt right up to the knuckle for 4wd or spindle for 2wd. Then get front rotor and pads for the same years caliper. I ended up going with power slot rotors and hawk light truck pads. I found them on tire rack. I chose them for the higher friction rating and both were made for each year caliper. Put some new parking shoes while you got the rear off.

Then if you need more pedal pressure then swap to hydro boost. That made a huge difference in stopping power. Also my T fitting with barbs sucked from the local lowes so I ordered a 4 rib large barb from Amazon. Sealed much better.
