So my keyless remote took a dump and I ordered a brand new one. Initially I went to both the Chevy dealer ($89.00 plus $15 for programming) and Auto Zone ($79.00 with free programming).

I decided to look elsewhere and I found a website (Listed below) and I received a brand new remote for $55.00 shipped to my house. They offer a free programming guide on their website which I used and the remote was programmed within 2-3 minutes. (Very easy)

The remote was brand new and even came in the mail with a new battery already installed.

If you key Fob takes a dump, I would highly recommend this product !!

Just reprogrammed a used one I got off ebay for $12 shipped. Reprogramming is super easy on these trucks. Also picked up one for my wife's Durango and it was even easier (no jumper needed...)

Great looking 2-door!

we bought a used 2007, and the dealer wants $59 or so for a key, and $139 or so for a remote :(

this place has the keys too, i like to order everything in one shot.

half the time, the post office takes my packages back to the post office, and it's physically impossible to get across town to the POffice in afternoon traffic.

eh...both sites have keys, one for $13, one for $17

my dealer said these cheapo keys may not last.

for $13, I will find out....vice $59

Nice! I just ask my local GM dealer about getting another keyless remote for my Yukon, and was quoted $79 for remote and $43 for programing. This is why I only go there to ask questions. I use another GM dealer to buy parts when needed.

$46 at my dealer. Owner programmable for free.

welp, i called my dealer and said "i can get it cheaper on line, can you do anything on it...."

and he said NO.

so i got one of those sites above, the one with the $13 keys
and the dang SHIPPING was $20.75.
total was $129

that shipping kinda got me peeved

so I opened a new window,
and opened the site, completed my whole order, and shipping was $4.57,
and there was a $5 google discount.
total was $115.

thats two keys, and two remotes.

so I closed the $20.75 shipping window,
and ordered from the other site. got 2 email updates from them, should be here ASAP

@ Lil'man, dunno.
i would think as long as it looks the same?

I ordered from these guys on Friday, were here on monday.
http://www.keyless-remotes.com/

but OF COURSE, they sent the wrong remotes (non remote start)

it's never easy, is it?

edit: yep, they were used, "refurb" units.
they had not even been washed, the back grooves were still full of finger mung;
oh well, guess I will pop the correct one apart, and de-funk them when they get here.

I called him, and he shipped me another set ASAP, and they work great, so good deal, in all
