How to remove really bad water spots

I just looked at a customers truck today that he wants to have a full detail done on it. The truck is black, so Im looking at it and the drivers side has some water spots on it normal but the pass side looks almost white, the whole side plus shell and windows. The truck is really bad and I dont want to tell this guy that I cant or wont do it just looking for some product info, plus it just sits all the time too.

What mix ratio do you think I should use on this truck, I have some that is 1 to 1 and it worked alittle bit.

Try using a high grit polish with a DA, should remove it all.
