Hooking up to battery

Was looking at some advice on how to hook up to my battery for external accessories (like an light bar).

Here is what I have for my side terminal hook ups.

I am looking for an adapter to add that wire. Is there a screw that will replace the one on the terminal and on the other end I can just screw in the external power lines.
